How do I book an appointment? - New Client
*Currently not accepting new clientele*
All new clients are urged to contact me via text or email to book their first appointment.
If you are in need of a color service please include:
1. A photo of your current hair.
2. Inspiration photos of your hair goals.
3. A brief 2 year color history & any other information you may think is important for me to know prior to consulting in person.
All of this allows me to accurately book the appropriate amount of time for your visit.
How do I book an appointment? - Returning Client
You may contact me directly via text or email.
** If you are looking to do a Color Correction/big color change, please follow the "New Client" instructions. This allows me to book off the necessary time needed for bigger projects.**
What is a Color Correction?
Generally speaking, a color correction is anytime hair is taken to extremes & needs multiple steps/formulations to get you to your desired results.
Examples are:
Very Light to Dark
Dark to Very Light
Removal of Box Dye/Artificial Pigment
Full Head of Unicorn Colors
Bleach Touch-ups with more than 2" of regrowth
If you're unsure if this describes the transformation you'd like, please contact me directly & we will figure out together if your service will be considered a Color Correction.
Where are you located?
The Park Salon is located at 4640 Park Blvd in San Diego, CA.
We are right in the heart of beautiful University Heights, surrounded by award winning Restaurants, Bars, Shops, and Cafes.
After your appointment, I highly suggest showing off your new hair while exploring our lively little neighborhood!
How is the parking situation?
If you have an evening or weekend appointment, please allow yourself ample time to find parking.
Park Blvd has some 2 hour metered spots, however because of the time restraint I do not suggest those spots if you have a color appointment.
Both Adams Ave & North Ave have free street parking. I also recommend heading straight down Park Blvd across Adams Ave, there is a little neighborhood that often has open spots.
What forms of Payment are accepted?
Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo, & Zelle
What is your Cancellation Policy?
I have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.
If you no-show, you will have to make a 50% service cost deposit when booking your next appointment. This will be non-refundable/non-redeemable if you do not cancel within 48 hours of that appointment.
If you reschedule two consecutive times in a row, a 50% service cost deposit will be required when rebooking your appointment for the third time. This will be non-refundable/non-redeemable if you cancel/reschedule that appointment, regardless of the 48 hour notice.

What if I'm running late?
Sometimes life gets in the way... work runs late, traffic is horrendous, the parking gods just aren't on your side... I get it! In many cases, I can take you up to 15 minutes past your appointment time. I will text you asking for your location & estimated time of arrival. I will also tell you the latest time I can still take you.
